This has more EPA, which is best for reducing high blood cholesterol. The DHA in this also helps improve brain and eye health. Take 3 to 6 per day for good effects.

The best multivitamin that I know of – Ignore the instructions, take only one capsule per day. The label dosage is rather strong.
3) 21st Century Health Care, Calcium Citrate+D, 400 Caplets [absorbable despite poor digestion]
Calcium is the basic foundation before taking other supplements to help with bones. Take 4 per day, each at different times whenever possible. This is a very well-absorbed form of calcium.
This contains the 3 key ingredients that helps a lot with joints. Take 3 per day at different times. For those with high blood pressure: this contains sodium so be aware of intake.
This helps with bones and body energy; should take if you are taking calcium. Take 2 per day, at different times if possible. This is a very well-absorbed form of magnesium.
This is a very well absorbed form of vitamin C. Improves general health and skin collagen production. Take 1 per day when healthy as a preventative measure, 1 per meal when not well.
This is for the brain and helps keep you awake. Take 2 per day; once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
This is for immune system; best to take with Vitamin C. Do not overdose. Take 1 capsule 3 times a week when healthy, 1 per day when not well.
This helps to keep the skin and circulatory system healthy, as well as the brain alert. Take 1-2 per day.
This helps recycle vitamin C and E, which helps repair the body tissues. This can keeps you alert and refreshed. Take 1 per day.
This is for those with digestion problems; to help absorb nutrients properly. Ignore the instructions; just take one per day is more than enough. Can reduce to 3 times per week
Take one of these per day, with Vitamin C. Contains trace elements that can help diabetics. It helps the liver to detox as well as clearing mucus from coughs and colds.
13) Healthy Origins, Probiotic, 30 Billion CFU’s, 60 Vcaps [like very strong Yakult]
This is a strong probiotic. Unlike many other brands, it is supposed to require no refrigeration. Take daily if having stomach flu, travelling to third world countries or just finished taking antibiotics.
CoQ10 is a nutrient that supports heart function and promotes energy production in cells. It can also help with some migraine headaches. Start by taking one a day, then observing the effects.
Lysine helps with nails, bones and hair. There is also a theory linking lysine to the reversal of excess cholesterol deposits.
