With every right, comes an obligation. With every ray of light, comes a shaft of shadow. Likewise, with every freedom, comes a commitment.
Without an obligation to support the right, it is but hollow words. Without the shadow to contrast the light, it cannot be seen. Without the commitment to back our freedom, it is only an illusion of our minds.
Therefore, pay attention. When we know the targets and the sacrifices, we can then move forward in Life. For the left foot must stop for the right to move, and vice-versa. For rest must create the foundation for movement in order for movement to create the potential for rest. This is the cycle of Life.
