Money is not abundant. The more rare something is, the more valuable it becomes. Likewise for money. Good money is scarce, and abundant money (e.g. Zimbabwean dollars) have no value. When our government prints more money, our money becomes less valuable via the process of inflation. The New Age belief that all wealth is unlimited is at odds with reality on 21st century Earth.
Money is not a tool of reward and punishment, but it is often used by people in such a manner. In other words, we can use money to control others, but we do not have to choose to use money in such a way.
Money is not about ideologies such as communism, democracy and capitalism. However, politicians are able to use the emotions surrounding money to gain support for their political movements or ideals.
Money is not about spirituality or the lack of spirituality. Money is a merely system that manages the allocation of resources in the physical world. In the wise words of Jesus Christ, “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s“.
Money is not the root of all evil. Human nature is the root of all evil as well as all good. Money is merely a tool that can be used for both good and evil.
Most importantly, money is not real. Believing that money is real creates a lot of unnecessary suffering.
