Bad business partners

I have encountered various types of people that make bad business partners:

Money Parasite: Those only out to earn a quick buck and care little about everything else. They lack the values that make successful businesspeople.

Control Freak: Some people with powerful positions or wealth claim to be looking for partners, when they are actually looking for floor mats to stomp on. One of their tactics is to change their minds very often and expect you to follow suit even if it compromises your strategy. If you work with them, you will never get anywhere.

Charity Worker: They are pure at heart and not willing to compromise their ideals. Even if they start a business, it will remain very small because they choose to stick with their ideals no matter the market situation.

Fake Saints: They claim to desire to help others but are only keen to make money and make themselves look saintly to the world. They will use you for their own publicity.

Stubborn Hermit: Everyone else is not good enough for them, so they have to do everything themselves. You will find little common ground with them.

Slacker: These unreliable people procrastinate tasks and give up easily. You cannot rely on them to accomplish

Cheat: Morally challenged people take your money for themselves by tricking you. Stay away from them!
